| I have the new compact blitz sbc type r and have it pretty well dialed in, however there is some conditions I can't seem to tweak for. I was wondering if anyone who had a regular sbc-id or an icolor had any suggestions. If I have low load and step on it in 3/4/5 I can get it to ramp up nicely to 13-14 psi @ 55 set/duty and not spike. My gain is around 5. I also get similar results with the gain up higher around 8-10. In both setups however, if the car is >3500rpm in 2nd gear (like making a 2nd gear roll) the boost spikes up to like 15.5-16 and then immediately comes back down to like 13.5. I have been trying to get it set up so that I can run a consistent 15psi in my higher gears to redline. SZ tuned the car for 93 and 17-18psi max. I just can't seem to get it tweaked right. I have the solenoid mounted in the engine bay (yea, i know the heat argument) with the feed coming from one IC pipe before the TB and the other side is capped off and then an equal length and short as possible T to the two wastegates. Any ideas ? or is this the best its gonna get. I have looked at alot of dynos with boost shown and it seems pretty 50/50 in terms of ones that look like they hold to redline or act like my car... maybe its just the scale of the chart that shows it weird.
